Postinor 2 will not have been as effective because she did not take the second pill.
Changes i the menstrual cycle are a reported side effect. Her next period can be delayed for that reason. If she does not get her period or have any bleeding, beyond the spotting, within three weeks of taking the pill, she should test for pregnancy.
