There is a chance that sperm may be in pre ejaculate. This happens only if the male has had a recent erection. However, if he voids in between the first ejaculation and the next ejaculation, the left over sperm is eliminated in the urine.
If you normally have regular periods, and your next period is late by at least seven days, then you can test for pregnancy.
By the way, stressing out can cause a delay in the start of your period. I do not think you are at risk for pregnancy.
