Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for coming to us with your concern of possibly being pregnant.

Unless you have had unprotected sexual intercourse since your period in October, pregnancy would be the reason for missing two periods.

If you took the pregnancy test correctly, testing with the first urine of the morning, and following the directions carefully, a negative result indicates you are not pregnant.

Since you have a history of irregular periods due to your cardiac condition, that may be the reason you have not gotten a period for two months.

Consult your physician to be certain.
