As I stated in my first sentence in my first reply, "You know that Postinor was effective in preventing pregnancy if you have vaginal bleeding after taking it."
If you do not have bleeding within three weeks of taking the pill, then take a pregnancy test.

That is the only way to know if you are pregnant.
