Thank you for sharing your question.

I understand your concern.  Because you have been inconsistent with your birth control pills, as well as participated in unprotected sex, you could potentially be pregnant.   There's no way to know what your chances are, but just know it exist due to the activity you described.

With regards to the bleeding, clots, cramping and sensitive nipples, those are all menstrual symptoms.  It sounds like your body is trying to adjust to you taking birth control pills, stopping, then starting again.

Don't beat yourself up over it.  If you really want to ease your anxiety about "potentially" being pregnant, take a home pregnancy test.  However, taking one too soon can give you a false reading. 

 Since you are having menstrual cycle, I would take note of your current one and how your body is responding until your next cycle.  Keep an eye on any changes, specifically, if your menstrual cycle is late at least 7 days.
