Gillette is a wellness warrior who's greatest gift is her passion for increasing awareness of all things that make women healthy, happy and whole. She's a whirling go-getter in constant motion, raising endorphin and smile levels with her blues-busting stress management tips, fun fitness, dance events and healthy cooking parties. Even when her head hits the pillow at night, she’s still dreaming of personal love of hula hooping and her modern spin on the ancient Maori art of poi fire dancing.
Affectionately known as #gratefulgirl by her Facebook friends, don’t let this crazy /fun loving/ wellness warrior fool you, she knows first hand the consequences of ignoring stress which is why she founded IHSF in the first place. Her testimony is what makes her different than any other wellness coach/ fitness instructor you'll meet. She likes to think of herself as a "Self Love Wellness Coach" because her motto is: Have Fun! Stress Less! Feel Blessed! She believes in meeting women where they are and is more interested in helping women lose the weight of the world that they carry mentally more than anything. Her passion is helping goal driven, dynamic women entrepreneurs, like herself, manage daily stress with a grateful heart, preparing and eating simple healthy food, and participating in a variety of mindful and fun activities to build up stress resilience and recapture their true essence.
When she’s not busting a move or whipping up a delicious meal, Gillette can be found facing her fears, trying out new stress relief remedies, hosting or participating in fun fitness, networking, researching wellness, blogging, playing with her dogs, spending time with family and friends or volunteering.
