I can appreciate how worried you and your girlfriend must be. But, look at this logically and I think you can both calm down and see that there was never a risk for pregnancy.
Sperm cannot get through fabric. No sperm ever got past your boxer and pjs. No sperm equals no pregnancy.
Again, the vagina and the clitoris is inside of a girl's body. You could not rub against either. You would need to insert your penis and you couldn't do that with clothes on.
