I am not familiar with the emergency contraceptive pill IDOZ 72. From my internet search, it appears to be available in India. I did find this , "Side effects include late period & irregular cycle (MOST COMMON), nausea, vomiting, hormonal imbalance, abdominal cramp, breast tenderness, improper ovulation, weight gain and headache." from Dr. Soumen Patra.
I do not think taking this pill once will have any impact on your ability to conceive in the future or any negative impact on a future pregnancy.
However, since I do not know you, your medical history or have any knowledge about IDOZ 72, I suggest you discuss your concerns with your gynecologist.
