I can assure you that you are not pregnant. That is evident by the fact that you had vaginal bleeding.
However, there was never a need to take Postinor the first time because you were not ovulating two days after your period ended. There needs to be a released egg (ovulation) to be fertilized by sperm in order for conception.
You should never take Postinor or any other emergency contraceptive more than once during a one month period.
By taking another dose again, one week later, you over dosed.
That is why you feel the way you do and your period is late.
