I see that you have posted concerns about your history of heavy menstrual bleeding before, actually three years ago.
Uterine fibroids can cause menorrhagia, which is the medical term for prolonged and heavy menstrual bleeding.
Considering the tried procedures, D & C and cryoablation, have failed a total hysterectomy may be your best option.
