Any time there is contact of sperm, more likely in semen than pre ejaculate, with the vagina there is a chance for conception.
Pre ejaculate will contain sperm if the male has recently had an ejaculation. Sperm can remain in the urethra and is flushed out with urination. You would be at risk if you were ovulating.
The only way to know is to wait for your next period.
