Wait and see if the vaginal flow increases. If it does, then you are not pregnant.
If you spot for a day or two and the spotting stops , this could be implantation bleeding. In that case, repeat a pregnancy test, testing in the morning with the first urine of the day. Depending on the result, check in with your gynecologist, who can order a blood pregnancy test,which is more accurate.
