I doubt that you are pregnant if you have a monthly period. During pregnancy, the uterine lining, which you know is what is shed during menstruation, remains intact. The fertilized egg implants in the lining and continue to develop.
It appears that your menstrual cycle issue is a source of concern. Consider scheduling an appointment with a gynecologist. Discussing your history and concerns, having blood test to check hormone levels, and if warranted, starting on oral contraceptives to regulate your cycle may be helpful.
