Some labs run test that are non specific, and there is evidence that those type of test can be unreliable. Do you know if the test was specific or non-specific? If you're not sure, make arrangements to get a Type Specific IgG test . This test is known as the only reliable and commercially available type of blood test for herpes antibodies.
