Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

The menstrual cycle is regulated by a precise balance of hormones. Any upset in this balance will cause an irregularity.

Up until April, have your menstrual cycles been regular?

Did you have unprotected vaginal intercourse since your last period? If there was penetration with ejaculation, especially five days before and on the day of ovulation, pregnancy is possibly the reason you have not had a period for two months.

Anonymous, I do not know where you are that you cannot buy a home pregnancy test. But, you need to be seen by a gynecologist. Only a physical exam and blood tests cant tell you the reason for missed periods.

Regards,
Maryann
