Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to us for advice.

How long have you been trying to conceive? Are your menstrual cycles normally regular?

If you are not already seeing a gynecologist, I suggest you schedule an appointment.

As long as you tested properly, you are not pregnant. But, there is some reason you are not getting your period.

The menstrual cycle is regulated by a precise balance of hormones. Any upset will cause a missed or late period. You need to find what the underlying cause is. This may be a clue into why you have not been able to become pregnant.

Regards,
Maryann
