If you have had unprotected intercourse since your last period, the early onset of bleeding could be a miscarriage. I am concerned about the round, tiny mass that you felt.
A pelvic exam will determine what this is.
Please try to stay calm. A visit with a physician will give you answers, and hopefully peace of mind. Keep us updated once you have been seen.
