Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for coming to us for advice.

If you tested properly, with a negative result, you can assume that you are not pregnant. With both Fallopian tubes tied, a normal pregnancy is only likely with recanalization. This occurs when the ends of the fallopian tube regenerates and form slit-like spaces and pouches or the ends of the tubes meet and re-establish the patency of the tube.

With an ectopic pregnancy, you would still get a positive pregnancy test result.

The menstrual cycle is regulated by a precise balance of hormones. I suspect an imbalance and with blood tests this can be confirmed. Please contact your gynecologist as soon as possible.

Regards,
Maryann
