There was no risk for becoming pregnant. Sperm cannot travel through fabric.

I am concerned about how you are handling this attack emotionally. Please be alert to lingering signs of anxiety and stress, such as nightmares and panic attacks. Seek counseling if needed.

Please take the prescribed Microgynon. Taking it sporadically will not correct the problem that is causing your irregular menstrual cycles.
