Stendra (avanafil) is used to treat erectile dysfunction. It relaxes muscles and increases blood flow to particular areas of the body.

Has your husband informed the urologist that this drug has not helped?

Is it possible there are emotional or psychological reasons that contribute to his impotency?
Would your husband consider counseling with a therapist?
