This is not implantation bleeding. You need not be concerned about pregnancy if you have not had unprotected intercourse since March and have had a normal period for the last five months.
Keep an eye on this. It may be nothing more than a little bleeding from the wall of your vagina. Would there be any cause for irritation to this area? Say from aggressive masturbation?
