Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for reaching out to us with concerns about your period.

Did your physician determine that you have an iron deficiency? Most people do not get enough iron in their diet and a daily iron supplement or taking a daily multivitamin with iron can be helpful.

It is not uncommon for one breast to be larger than the other.

If you have never had sexual intercourse, you are definitely not pregnant.

Anonymous, when was the last time you visited the pediatrician for an exam? I think your mother should schedule one. The change in your periods, coming late and being light, might indicate a hormonal issue. Your doctor can order a blood test to find out.

Please keep us updated.
