Can you see any fluid in this bump? By any chance are you breast feeding?
This little clear bump may be a blister caused by friction to the area.
Wash gently, Wear loose fitting clothes. Once the source of the friction has been found the blister should quickly heal on its own.
If it doesn't go away on its own, or if the pain gets any worse, please call your doctor, who can do a physical exam.
