For the benefit of all our readers, The lower leg is made up of two bones: the tibia and fibula. The tibia is the larger of the two bones. It supports most of your weight and is an important part of both the knee joint and ankle joint.
To my knowledge, having intercourse in and of itself will not cause a delay in the healing process. However, consider the type of sex and positioning. That can affect the healing process, if you get what I am trying to say.
