Having unprotected intercourse, especially two weeks after the end of your last period, can result in pregnancy. Because this bleeding resembled a menstrual flow and when it happened, I don't think this is implantation bleeding.
Frequent and rough sex without enough lubrication can cause vaginal irritation. That might explain the bleeding. But if it was a lot of blood, then you should contact your doctor. You might need to be examined.
