No, I do not think you could have gotten pregnant this way. Generally, sperm can live outside the body for about 20 minutes. Once semen has dried, sperm has died.
Depending on how you got home, driving and the semen would have gotten on the steering wheel, or walking and the semen would have dried.
Then, washing your hands with soap and water would have removed any remaining semen.
