If the shower was running while you wiped, most likely any fluid was washed off your fingers and went down the drain.
I do not think there was a risk for pregnancy.
Has your girlfriend missed her monthly period completely? If so, I need to ask if she has engaged in unprotected intercourse since her last period. Then she needs to take a home pregnancy test now.
