If you had unprotected intercourse since your last period, and your period doesn't start in the next two or three days, you could be pregnant.
When you tested yesterday, did you test in the morning and did you use the first urine of the day when you woke up? Was it a name brand test? Did you check the expiration date? Did you follow the directions carefully?
If you answered yes to all the above questions, then all that I can suggest is wait and see if your period starts soon. If not, test again or contact your physician, who can examine you and order blood tests to find out why you are not getting your period.
