If you take Plan B One-Step within 24 hours of having unprotected sex, it is about 95% effective. The initial dose you took was sufficient. I wouldn't advise taking as much as you did again. Like with any medication, there are side effects. One side effect that is worth mentioning is irregular menstrual cycle. Based on the double dose you took, you will most likely experience this.
Before ever taking an additional dose of an emergency contraceptive, you should look into a more reliable birth control solutions. Emergency contraceptive, should not be used as a regular contraceptive. It's not intended for that use and may cause other issues down the line for overuse.
