What symptoms do you have? Are the symtoms only specific to pregnancy or are they associated with menstrual symptoms as well?
It's normal to be paranoid when we've engaged in behavior we know can give us an outcome we don't want. Perhaps you should take another pregnancy test to confirm the negative result.
Try to relax and prepare better in the future with birth control so you don't have to stress like this anymore.
