It is not likely that your girlfriend is pregnant from the activity you describe. Sperm can not travel from your hand, to the vagina thru fallopian tubes to reach her ovaries. Once air hit sperm (while on your hand) it begins to die while drying. I can see how her irregular period can make you nervous, however if you didn't have unprotected sex (with ejaculation), you all are fine.
