Your vagina is inside of your body. So, he must have ejaculated on your outer genitalia or outside of your body. If you wiped the semen away quickly, there was little chance if any that one could have entered your body and got into your vagina.
How soon after your period ended did this happen?
When is your next period due? If you are normally regular, and your period for February is late by more than one week, then take a pregnancy test. That is the only way to know.
