This sounds like a one sided situation in which your role is to provide him with sexual pleasure but your needs are ignored.
I would not call this a relationship. The word alone suggests connection and involvement.
Have you spoken to him about this? Is he receptive to your feelings and needs?
Are you happy with this situation? If not, end it. Or if you think it is a situation worth saving, I suggest you both consider couple's counseling.
