Plan B is probably out of your body by now. It can have an effect on your next menstrual cycle. Because it works by preventing ovulation, the normal hormonal balance that regulates your cycle is upset. This can cause your next period to start earlier or later than expected. Flow might be lighter or heavier than normal.

I think it would be wise to talk with a gynecologist and discuss all birth control options. Choose the one that will work best for you.
