Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for asking our help. The morning after pill should no longer have any effect on your girlfriend's menstrual cycle. So, we have to look at other possible reasons why she has not gotten a period for March.
When was her period due to start? Does she have a regular menstrual cycle? Has she had unprotected intercourse since her last period after taking the emergency contraceptive?
Has anything in her life changed, such as increased stress levels, illness, travel, excessive weight gain or weight loss, or a marked increase in exercise level?
If she does not get a period at all this month, and considering she did take an ECP, I suggest she contact her gynecologist or primary care physician and set up an appointment. A physical exam, obtaining a medical history and any necessary blood test or diagnostic imaging test can help find the reason.
