Implantation bleeding does occur about sx to 12 days following conception. It can be pink or brown in color. It is spotting and never increases to a flow.
In your case, the spotting was rather early. Just wait for any vaginal bleeding or your next period to start. Only if you have not had any bleeding within three weeks of taking the pill should you take a pregnancy test.
