Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to our community with your concern about the risk for pregnancy.
Pregnancy occurs when you have unprotected vaginal intercourse, with penetration and ejaculation, either five days before or on the day of ovulation. You calculated ovulation by counting the first day of your LMP as day one. So, with a 30 day cycle, you were most likely to conceive around April 30 to May 4.
Your vagina is inside of your body. Your boyfriend would have had contact with your outer genitalia. The chance of any sperm coming in contact with your outer labia and traveling up and into your vagina is very small. But, the only way to know whether or not you became pregnant is to wait for your next period.
