The concern is a possibly sexually transmitted infection, since this first happened last summer following intercourse with your boyfriend.
The itching could be caused by a fungal infection. It is not unusual for women to find that the clitoris looks a little swollen the morning after foreplay, intercourse or masturbation. But, the swelling goes away in about two days.
The urethra is a relatively simple tubular structure that has the sole purpose of conducting urine from the bladder to the outside of the body. Pretty416, you could not be seeing your urethra since it is inside of your body.
Since you say the symptoms have worsen, do not delay in getting checked. Please keep us updated.
