There was no risk for becoming pregnant by having intercourse while you were still having your period.There was no need to take the ipill.
I don't know what you saw that came out of your body, but I don't think it was sperm. Sperm are so tiny they can only be seen under a microscope.
You may have seen your own vaginal discharge. As far as when the bleeding will stop, I cannot say. You caused a hormonal imbalance by taking the emergency contraceptive while you were having your period.
Please contact your gynecologist or primary care physician to report this. Your physician will guide you further.
