There would have been no risk for becoming pregnant because your boyfriend wore a condom each time.
I am unclear about the one time he took the condom off and then put it back on. If he did this before intercourse and had not yet ejaculated, I don't see any risk for pregnancy. If he had ejaculated, and any trace of semen was on the outside of the condom, there would have been a risk if you then had intercourse.
When is your period due? If you are late by more than one week, take an early response pregnancy test. Test in the morning, as soon as you wake up and urinate.
