Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to us with your pregnancy risk concern.

Pre ejaculate fluid is the liquid that leaks out of the penis during sexual arousal but before ejaculation. Pre-ejaculate is not semen and does not contain sperm. But, it can pick up sperm remaining in his urethra from a previous ejaculation. But once he urinates, any remaining sperm is flushed out. In itself, no high risk of pregnancy with contact only with pre ejaculate fluid.

Sperm cannot pass through clothing. You were not at risk because your boyfriend was wearing boxers and shorts.

No risk for pregnancy with the second sexual activity.

Hope this helps,
Maryann
