The first thing to do is take a home pregnancy test. Test in the morning. Use the urine when you get up.
Next, contact your gynecologist. If the test result is positive, you are pregnant and need to start prenatal care. If the test result is negative, you need to schedule an appointment to figure out why you have not gotten a period since May.
