There is always a risk for pregnancy when sperm enters the vagina. The risk is highest if this happens when the woman is ovulating and there is penetration with ejaculation.
Now, in your case, you hope you removed all the semen from your finger. Hopefully, you did.
Did this happen during ovulation or around day 11 to day 21 of your girlfriend's menstrual cycle?
For now, all you can both due is wait for her next period to start. In the future, wash your hands with soap and water to remove all traces of semen. You both should use protection during sexual activity to prevent an unwanted pregnancy.
