It is very likely the spotting is any remaining blood left from her period. Now, if the spotting was on the part of her underwear closer to her rectum, it could be the result of irritation from anal sex. If the spotting persists or worsens, she needs to speak with her physician. This cannot be diagnosed over the internet.
