Yes, there was a risk. Any time you have penetration with ejaculation or sexual intercourse, there is a risk for pregnancy. The risk increases if unprotected intercourse occurs about five days before ovulation or on the day of ovulation.
The wetness for your girlfriend was lubrication caused by sexual arousal. For you, it could have been semen from ejaculation from the handjob or pre ejaculate fluid. Did you ejaculate during the handjob?
If so, that wetness was semen.
Was your girlfriend close to ovulating?
If so, introducing a penis with semen on it into the vagina of a girl who was ovulating can lead to pregnancy.
Bottom line is to wait for your girlfriend to get her period. If she is late by at least seven days, she can take a pregnancy test. Or she can test with an early response pregnancy test, which allows her to test five days before her period is due.

Word of advise: use protection.
