Welcome to the EmpowHER community. I am glad you shared your concern with us.
Have you spoken with your primary care physician about this? How long have you been feeling this way? Has the body aches always accompanied the unusual feeling of body heat?
The two may be connected.
I am suspecting hyperthyroidism, which is an overactive thyroid gland. This condition can make a person feel too hot. The thyroid produces hormones that are able to influence how much the blood vessels dilate. In turn, this affects how much heat can escape the body.
Tanya, consider asking your physician about this. A blood test to check thyroid hormone levels can easily confirm the diagnosis.
