You are very responsible in using birth control pills consistently and backing that up with use of condoms during intercourse.
I think all of the cramping is due to rough sex. It might be preventing you for enjoying an orgasm. Be honest with your boyfriend. Ask him to tone it down so that you do not have subsequent pain and can achieve an organsm. You deserve that:)
