Sperm in the semen ejaculated in the mouth is destroyed by the digestive enzymes in the gastrointestinal tract.
Anything that is swallowed goes in the esophagus, on to the stomach, into the small intestines and finally into the large intestine where is passed out of the body.
No way it can get into your urine. No way can it reenter your body after a bowel movement.
