Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. I am glad you reached out to our community with this.

Fatigue will not stop blood flow to your hands. Were they really black? When fingers, hands, toes and feet turn black in color, that is a sign of necrosis or death of living tissue caused by loss of blood supply, corrosion, burning, or the local lesion of a disease.

You mention that when you relaxed your hands, blood flow returns and the color returns to normal.

Anonymous, were you constricting blood flow at your wrist? Did this cause your fingers and hands to appear blue?

I think you need to speak with your primary care physician. This should not be happening.

Regards,
Maryann
