Guide

Hello please help me,

Welcome again to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to us with your question if you could be pregnant.

Let me begin by saying that pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm.

If a male has had a prior but very recent ejaculation, some sperm can remain in his urethra. The urethra is a tube that urine and semen pass through. Once he urinates, any sperm is flushed out.

Plan B prevents pregnancy by preventing ovulation. You took the pill early enough in your menstrual cycle for it to be effective.

However, if you do not have any bleeding within three weeks of taking it, then you should test for pregnancy.

To avoid a repeat situation, please practice safe sex by using condoms, and birth control.

Regards,
Maryann
